Abstract

В настоящее время проблема оценки человеческого капитала не вызывает сомнений. В статье рассмотрены актуальные методы оценки человеческого капитала на микроуровне, а также проведен их сравнительный анализ.Nowadays the problem of human capital quality assessment does not generate doubt. This article tackles upon present-day methods of human capital microlevel assessment and includes comparative analysis of these methods.
