Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию актуальной и важной проблемы новой индустриализации в РФ. Автор рассматривает такие факторы индустриализации, как кадровый и финансовый, выявляет возможности использования советского опыта индустриализации в новых условиях, особенно в её кадровой и финансовой составляющихThis article is devoted to analyzing the actual and important problem of new industrialization in Russian Federation. The author considers such important aspects of industrialization, as its labour and financial factors. He finds out opportunities of using the soviet experience of industrialization in new conditions, especially its labour and financial factors.
