Проблемы Высшего Образования, Пути Их Решения

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы высшего образования в РФ, возникшие в последние десятилетия. Открылось много ВУЗов и их филиалов. Увеличилось количество специалистов с высшим образованием, но к сожалению их профессиональный уровень не соответствует современным требованиям. Кроме того современная система образования РФ интегрируется в Европейскую (Болонскую) систему образования. Все это требует новых подходов к организации высшего образования и работе ВУЗов. Пути решения возникших проблем на наш взгляд нужно решить следующие: укрепление, интеграция ВУЗов в мощные учебно-научные центры; комплектование ВУЗов молодыми научными и педагогическими кадрами; внедрение системы непрерывной подготовки специалистов; оптимизация сети ВУЗов и др. Все перечисленное позволяет повысить качество высшего образования, адекватное требование ХХІ века.
