Abstract

Современные тенденции характеризуются усилением антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду. Причем данные воздействия преимущественно проявляются в её загрязнении и исчерпании природных ресурсов в процессе хозяйственной деятельности субъектов. Поэтому становится несомненным тот факт, что необходимо принимать меры на законодательном уровне по ограничению величины ущерба, наносимого хозяйствующими субъектами окружающей среде. В данной работе предполагается раскрыть необходимость и целесообразность введения платы за негативное воздействие на окружающую среду в РФ, оценить эффективность использования данного инструмента государством с точки зрения природоохранных задач и дать обоснованные рекомендации по ее повышению.
