Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме оценки конкурентоспособности новых инновационных технических решений в области технологического оборудования пищевых производств. Основной сложностью с которой сталкиваются исследователи при решении этой проблемы является отсутствие методик численных оценок конкурентоспособности. На примере установки для производства лимонного «смузи» на основе подходов развиваемых в теории нечеткиой логики, в частности метода иерархий, сделаны попытки оценить отдельные технико-экономических показатели для определения путей дальнейшего совершенствования разрабатываемого технологического оборудования. Соответствующий алгоритм положен в основу создания программы анализа конкурентоспособности технического решения выполненной в прикладном пакете Mathcad и произведен предварительный анализ конкурентоспособности разрабатываемого технологического оборудования.
