Трансакционные Издержки Использования Новых Форм Трудовых Отношений

Abstract

В статье сделана попытка провести анализ трансакционных издержек использования новых форм трудовых отношений. В работе рассмотрено содержание новых форм трудовых отношений, выделены предпосылки их возникновения, отмечены отличия от традиционных форм. В соответствии с исследовательской схемой О. Уильямсона описаны регулятивные структуры новых форм трудовых отношений, показано, что необходима их институционализация внутри организации для снижения трансакционных издержек. Приведена матрица выбора типа управления в зависимости от специфичности труда, неопределённости результата и частоты осуществления трудовой трансакции. Проанализированы трансакционные издержки использования новых форм трудовых отношений, выделены направления их снижения. Сделан акцент на роли государства в деле институционализации новых форм трудовых отношений и снижении их трансакционных издержек.
