Abstract

Статья-рецензия знакомит читателей с книгой Е.А. Мамбетказиева Президента Казахстанско-Американский свободного университетауниверситета международного партнерства. Интерес к опыту и личности автора книги обусловлен начавшимся сотрудничеством факультета экономики и экологического менеджмента НИУ ИТМО с Казахстанско-Американский свободным университетом, в рамках совместной образовательной программы двойных дипломов направления «менеджмент». Основные идеи автора признанного лидера современного высшего образования Казахстана и одного из активных участников создания национальной системы высшего образования в Республике изложены в статье как пример успешного воплощения ключевых положений концепции стратегических намерений. Этот прием, с точки зрения рецензентов, позволяет дать высокую оценку как опыту инновационных практик в Казахстане, так и подтвердить продуктивность идей современного научного менеджмента.
