Abstract

Возрастание роли инноваций в качестве фактора экономического роста отдельных стран ставит на повестку дня вопрос о выработке политики государства по отношению к инновационной деятельности, ее расширении и стимулировании. Провоцируемые инновациями изменения в системе общественных связей и производстве отдельных структур общества, а также вызываемый инновациями резонанс в культуре, требуют теоретического осмысления и свидетельствуют об открытости инновационной проблематики. В статье проводится анализ генезиса понятия инновации, прослеживается процесс становления и развития инновационной проблематики с целью определения явления инновации. Автор раскрывает и обосновывает инновацию как социокультурный феномен.
