Abstract

The authors analyze the corporate sector of the Russian economy; formulate principles of corporate business; pay attention to the problems of management of corporations; identify the factors of increase of efficiency of corporate activity. The authors suggest using koncepcû competitive forces to create competencies and increase business efficiency. As one of the possible tools to achieve high impact corporate business authors consider the total quality management (TQM). Focuses on critical conditions: quality management in achieving results involved all members of the Organization; the efforts are aimed at achieving long-term results; benefits are distributed evenly among the participants. Considered variants of use of instruments of achieving efficiency: resource management system (ERP), and enterprise information system (CIS). The integrated use of these instruments, in the view of the atorov, will create the necessary competitive advantages to increase the efficiency of the Corporation.
