Abstract

Деятельность металлургических предприятий, как и любая другая деятельность, связана с определенными рисками и ситуациями, которые плохо контролируются или не контролируются совсем. Поэтому проблема определения оптимальной системы управления рисками на промышленных предприятиях является приоритетной в настоящее время. В статье приводятся основные внешние и внутренние риски промышленных предприятий в целом, а также риски, специфико-отраслевые для металлургической отрасли. Приводятся основные экономические показатели металлургии России, ее вклад в экономику страны, а также основные показатели воздействия отрасли на окружающую среду. Рассматриваются основные методы управления рисками на предприятиях металлургической отрасли, а также их классификация. Выявлена необходимость разработки новой эффективной комплексной методики риск-менеджмента металлургических предприятий с учетом экологических аспектов
