Abstract

Инвестиционная деятельность в той или иной степени присуща любому предприятию. Инвестиции дают начало существование фирмы, а также поддерживают ее развитие. В таких условиях важным вопросом дальнейшего благополучного существования компании становится выбор проектов, которые компания может позволить себе профинансировать. Долгосрочные проекты оказывают значительное влияние на рост компании и требуют существенных ресурсов, следовательно, важен внимательный отбор долгосрочных проектов. Примером подобных проектов в статье выступает проект по постройке и запуску рыболовного судна. В статье рассматривается вопрос выбора показателей оценки экономической эффективности для оценки долгосрочных инвестиционных проектов в судостроительной отрасли. В работе проводится теоретический и практический анализ методов с целью построения алгоритма оценки долгосрочных инвестиционных проектов путем создания агрегированной модели оценки.
