Abstract

В статье представлены основы сценарного управления продвижением продукции предприятия, включая: понятийно-категориальный аппарат, ключевые характеристики, матрицы и формы альтернативных сценариев. Предложены основные составляющие модели сценарного управления продвижением продукции предприятия, а также рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки четырех подходов к реализации сценариев продвижения продукции предприятия.
