Экономическое Содержание И Проблемы Создания Продовольственных Кластеров В Украине

Abstract

Акценты в организации продовольственных кластеров предлагается сместить к учету конструктивных теоретических и практических подходов. С этой целью предусматривается решение таких заданий: оценить практические недостатки в процессе организации и функционирования продовольственных кластеров; определить экономическое содержание продовольственных кластеров на основании обобщения основных подходов к определению сущности термина кластер; изложить основные проблемы создания кластеров в современных рыночных условиях Украины. Раскрыты причины препятствующие массовой практической реализации теоретических разработок продовольственных кластеров в современных рыночных условиях хозяйствования. Рассмотрено продовольственный кластер как эволюционирующую систему договорных обязательств, основанную на тесных связях в продовольственной сфере и обеспечивающей получение выгод на протяжении длительного периода времени в результате совместного решения базовых вопросов.
