Экономическая Составляющая Легализации Преступных Доходов (Экономико-Правовые Аспекты)

Abstract

В настоящее время во всех странах мира борьба с легализацией преступных доходов является средством противостояния росту экономической преступности. В результате легализации преступных доходов происходит деформация экономической системы государства, нарушается способность органов государственной власти управлять финансовой системой страны. Легализация преступных доходов способствует установлению контроля преступных сообществ над отдельными секторами экономики, финансированию терроризма, распространяет коррупцию, средства и методы недобросовестной конкуренции.В работе автор выделяет экономический вектор такого явления как легализация преступных доходов, показывает экономический вред, приносимый легализацией, а также предлагает классификацию циклов и способов легализации, учитывая их экономическую составляющую.
