Abstract

В России в последние годы усиливается борьба с табакокурением, в том числе на законодательном уровне. В статье рассматривается отрицательное влияние табакокурения на здоровье населения, в том числе подрастающего поколения. В работе приводятся сравнительные данные о распространенности табакокурения среди разных возрастных групп населения России, о влиянии никотина на психологическое состояние и поведение, обращается внимание на необходимость усиления противоникотиновой пропаганды в России.
