Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы современного менеджмента, связанные с развитием информационных технологий, оценивается вклад в развитие научного управления экономикой академика АН СССР В.М. Глушкова. Во-первых, его идеи сравниваются с выдающимися мировыми теоретиками менеджмента. Во-вторых, ретроспективно рассматривается его проект построения информационной системы управления экономикой, разработанный в 60 е годы прошлого века, а также препятствия, возникшие на пути его осуществления этого проекта. Показаны аналогичные противодействующие процессы, сдерживающие реализацию проектов информатизации экономики в современном российском обществе. Таким образом, сделан вывод, что знание прошлого опыта позволяют избежать повторения ошибок при внедрении научного, основанного на информационных технологиях, управления современной экономикой, а также переосмыслить и оценить роль ученого в становлении и развитии продуктивных идей информационного общества.
