Abstract

Повышение качества жизни граждан Российской Федерации и в том числе обеспечение доступным жильем, является одной из главных целей развития государства. Обоснован новый методический подход по созданию комплекса моделей зависимости стоимости жилья в мегаполисе от различных факторов. Методом дисперсионного анализа доказано существенное различие среднего значения стоимости 1м 2 жилья в различных административных округах г. Москвы. А следовательно, необходимость построения комплекса моделей отдельно для каждого административного округа г. Москвы.
