Форсайт Как Современная Практика Управления Вузом

Abstract

В статье проанализированы зарубежные и отечественные примеры создания системы форсайта и прогноза научно-технологических направлений. Рассмотрена роль форсайтов в системе управления вузами. Установлено, что для более эффективного внедрения результатов форсайт-исследований в научно-исследовательскую, образовательную и инновационную деятельность необходимо понимание и осознание важности использования результатов таких исследований как внутри вуза (менеджментом вуза и профессорско-преподавательским составом вуза), так и вне его (государством, бизнесом). Предложены несколько вариантов организации форсайтной деятельности в вузе. Установлена необходимость выстраивания ведущими вузами России, в первую очередь, национальными исследовательскими университетами, прогностической деятельности для достижения ведущих позиций на мировом рынке исследований и разработок.
