Abstract

Рассмотрены методы очистки высокотемпературных дымовых газов (500-1200 °С) печей термообработки металлических изделий. Приведены рекомендации по технологиям очистки высокотемпературных газов. В зависимости от состава дымовых газов предложены технологии сухой и «мокрой» очистки с использованием фильтров с металлической сеткой, керамических и тканевых фильтров, испарительных и «мокрых» скрубберов. Представлена принципиальная схема рекуперации и очистки высокотемпературных газов печей термообработки металлургического и машиностроительного производства.
