Abstract

В статье проведен анализ основных проблем эффективности деятельности производственных предпринимательских структур малого и среднего бизнеса. Для решения основных проблем эффективности деятельности производственных предпринимательских структур малого и среднего бизнеса предложено внедрение процессной модели управления.
