Реструктуризация Как Форма Аллокационных Инноваций На Кризисном Предприятии

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проведение реструктуризации как формы аллокационных инноваций на кризисном предприятии. Кратко изложены виды антикризисных инноваций на отечественных предприятиях. Рассмотрены отличия аллокационных инноваций от продуктовых и процессных. Проанализированы основные подходы к определению понятия "реструктуризация", рассмотрены значения данного понятия, раскрыты подходы и методы проведения реструктуризации, ее правовые основы. Выявлено: специфика, особенности, характерные черты деятельности предприятий в ходе процесса реструктуризации. Сформулированы наиболее актуальные методологические проблемы реструктуризации. Особое внимание уделено анализу требований, которые необходимо соблюдать при реструктуризации предприятия. Сделан вывод что, единой модели или метода реструктуризации для всех предприятий не существует. Исследована сущность понятий "слияние" и "поглощение" компаний, их экономическая и правовая составляющая.
