Abstract

Цель настоящей статьи теоретическое обоснование возможности достижения максимально возможных общественных эффективностей государственных расходов, инвестиций и налогов в идеальном состоянии сбалансированной открытой экономической системы. Предложенная модель всегда может привести в идеальном случае («нулевых потерь» общественных эффективностей государственных расходов и инвестиций) к максимально возможному темпу экономического роста, что позволяет обосновать основные направления соответствующей макроэкономической (финансовой, налоговой и бюджетной) политики.
