Abstract

Предельно действенное стимулирование роста производительности труда возможно благодаря качественным изменениям в экономической системе, опирающейся на вихревой спиральный ресурсосберегающий фактор. Это будут политэкономия и функционирующая экономика ноосферических темпов роста производительности труда, достойной реализации человечеством главной миссии. Предлагается концепция политэкономического исследования тех изменений, которые должны быть осуществлены в экономической системе, чтобы она, наконец, смогла и стала опираться на вихревой спиральный природный фактор, присущий движению всякой современной экономики, но до сих пор не замечаемый ни теорией, ни практикой. Сегодня, ресурсосберегающий вихревой эффект не замечается и, тем более, не изучается, не анализируется. Автор показывает, как можно увидеть эти эффекты, взглянув на схемы общественного воспроизводства К. Маркса.
