About transition difficulties of Russian universities to European educational standards

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам в сфере высшего образования в России. Существует множество трудностей, препятствующих интеграции российской и зарубежной образовательных систем. Автор останавливается на их несоответствии в развитых странах и в России. К тому же, многие российские университеты находятся в кризисном состоянии по причине изношенности экспериментального оборудования и старения научных и преподавательских кадров.The paper is dedicated to the problems in Russian higher educational sphere. As a matter of fact, there are many difficulties, that hinder a process of RussianEuropean educational integration. The author dwells upon unconformity of educational systems in Western countries and in Russia. Besides, many universities are in crisis because of equipment and scientific personnel.
