Abstract

В современном мире любые программы экономического развития субъектов хозяйствования должны рассматриваться через призму человеческого фактора. Для принятия решений и достижения более высоких экономических результатов должны быть созданы улучшения условий жизни для максимальной реализации человеческого потенциала являющимся ресурсом, содержащим наибольшие резервы для повышения эффективности функционирования современной организации.In today's world, any economic development program of economic entities should be considered through the prism of the human factor. For decision making and achieve better economic results should be made to improve living conditions for the maximum realization of human potential is a resource containing the greatest scope for improving the performance of modern organizations.
