Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема построения эффективной нормативно-правовой базы, устанавливающей основы реализации и финансирования инновационных проектов в России. Проанализированы и систематизированы существующие в настоящее время законодательные акты в сфере инноваций на федеральном и региональном уровне. Представлена система федеральных и региональных налоговых льгот. Даны рекомендации по направлениям дальнейшего развития и совершенствования законодательной базы на региональном и федеральном уровнях.The article considers the problem of building an effective regulatory-legal system, setting the basis for implementation and financing of innovation projects in Russia. There is the analyze of the current existing legislative acts in the sphere of innovations at the Federal and regional level. The system of Federal and regional tax benefits. Recommendations on the directions of further development and improvement of the legislative framework at the regional and Federal levels.
