Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности применения экомаркировки продуктов питания в зарубежной практике и в российских условиях. Приводятся рекомендации по разработке процедуры экомаркировки, критериев экомаркировки и схемы подтверждения соответствия, способствующих повышению уровня качества и экологической безопасности пищевой продукции.The article deals with the application of eco-labeling of food products in international practice and in the Russian context. It gives advice on the development of eco-labeling procedures and conformity assessment schemes that improve quality and environmental safety of food products.
