General characteristics, structure and effects of the Law on employment in the Russian Federation

Abstract

В соответствии со ст. 37 Конституции Российской Федерации каждый гражданин имеет право на труд в условиях, отвечающих требованиям безопасности и гигиены, на вознаграждение за труд без какой бы то ни было дискриминации и не ниже установленного федеральным законом минимального размера оплаты труда, а также право на защиту от безработицы. В апреле 1991г. Верховным Советом РФ был принят Закон РФ «О занятости населения в РФ». В России была создана Федеральная служба занятости и Государственный фонд занятости населения. В июле 1992г. в Закон были внесены изменения и дополнения, и в полном объеме он вступил в силу с 15 июля 1992г.
