Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы выбора типа культуры в процессе формирования или развития организационной культуры. Существующие классификации разделены на разные виды: простые и сложные, по национальным особенностям, по отраслевым особенностям, по психологическим типам личности, по ценностным ориентациям. Выделяются характерные особенности различных типов и даются рекомендации для руководителей предприятий по выбору типа культуры в зависимости от ситуации во внешней и внутренней среде предприятия
