Abstract

В статье дан анализ существующих подходов к финансированию капитального ремонта в России. Показано, что действующие модели недостаточно защищают интересы жильцов. Предложены меры по устранению существующих проблем и повышению прозрачности механизма финансирования.The paper contains an analysis of existing approaches towards financing of capital renovation in Russia. We demonstrate that these models do not provide an effective protection of dwellers' rights. We propose a set of measures that could help to solve these problems and to increase the transparency of financing.
