Abstract

Для достижения целей экологической и ресурсной эффективности энергетического сектора необходима разработка такой тарифной политики, которая бы стимулировала производителя переориентировать свою деятельность. В основу такой политики может быть заложена методика комплексной оценки эффективности систем энергоснабжения, базирующаяся на оценке всего жизненного цикла энергии и учитывающая помимо прямых производственных потоков, также и скрытые материальные потоки и воздействия всех процессов на окружающую среду.
