Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы нормативно-правового регулирования использования водных биоресурсов (на примере минтая), оказывающие негативное влияние на состояние охраны рыбных запасов Российской Федерации. Проанализированы изменения в соответствующие правила рыболовства. Отдельно рассмотрены вопросы разграничения понятий промышленного и прибрежного рыболовства. Указаны конкретные предложения по внесению соответствующих изменений в действующее рыболовное законодательство.
