Abstract

Использование лизинговых сделок для оптимизации налогов в настоящее время приводит к рискам налоговых споров. Одной из причин такого положения является отсутствие необходимой конкретизации ряда положения НК РФ, которые односторонне или искаженно трактуются налоговыми органами. Устранение этих противоречий позволит реализовать принципы, заложенные в первой части Налогового кодекса РФ и существенно усовершенствовать процесс налогового администрирования.
