Abstract

В современной России, в целом, сформировалась и продолжает активно развиваться и совершенствоваться эффективная правовая и политическая модель, которая позволяет осуществлять дальнейшую модернизацию государства без социальных потрясений и политических катаклизмов. Настоящая работа посвящена вопросам обоснования важности сохранения данной модели в России и недопущения ее разрушения.In modern Russia, as a whole, it was created and the effective legal and political model which allows to carry out further modernization of the state without social shocks and political cataclysms continues to develop and be improved actively. The real works is devoted to questions of justification of importance of preservation of this model in Russia and prevention of its destruction.
