Abstract

Основные вопросы, затронутые в статье связаны с изучением потребностей разных групп населения, формированием качества товаров, его сохранением на разных этапах продвижения к потребителю, а так же о культуре питания и ее традициях. Основной вывод статьи необходимость подготовки высокопрофессиональных специалистов товароведов для потребительского рынкаThe main issues raised in the article related to the study of the needs of different population groups, the formation of product quality, saving it at different stages of advancement to the consumer, as well as on food culture and its traditions. The main conclusion of the article the need to train highly qualified specialists commodity researchers for the consumer market.
