Abstract

В статье показана роль аутсорсинга как инструмента повышения управления издержками. Дан анализ проблем, препятствующих развитию аутсорсинга в России, указаны направления его эволюции в нашей стране.The present paper describes the importance of outsourcing as a tool of cost management. Main problems that hinder the development of outsourcing in Russia are analyze, possible ways of its evolution are described.
