Использование Интерактивных И Инновационных Методов Преподавания Правовых И Экономических Дисциплин

Abstract

В данной статье представлены интерактивные и инновационные методы преподавания, которые обеспечивают оптимизацию процесса обучения, повышают его качество и способствуют интеграции теории и практики. Проблемы приоритета теоретических знаний над практикой, характерны для большинства российских ВУЗов. Особую специфику эти проблемы приобретают в процессе преподавания юридических дисциплин для студентов технологических или криогенных специальностей. Для них абсолютно новы многие правовые термины и применение на практике юридических норм так же весьма проблематично. Представляя интерактивные и инновационные методы преподавания, автор предлагает пути решения данных проблем, дает краткий анализ каждого метода и рекомендации к их применению.
