Abstract

В статье рассматривается особый вид социальных программ, а именно социальные инновационно-инвестиционные программы. Выявлена необходимость стимулирования инновационной деятельности в социальной сфере. Приведены статистические данные по объёмам финансирования федеральных социальных целевых программ. Описаны основы социальной инновационной деятельности. Рассмотрены подходы к понятию «социальное новшество». В статье приведены определение социальных инновационноинвестиционных программ и их классификация.The paper considers a special kind of social programs, namely, innovation and social investment programs. Identified the need to stimulate innovation in the field of the social. Presents statistical data on the volume of financing of federal social programs. Describes the basics of social innovation. The approaches to the concept of "social innovation". The paper presents the definition of social innovation and investment programs and their classification.
