Abstract

Анализируется реорганизация системы финансирования в здравоохранении РФ. В сравнении с зарубежным и предыдущим опытом, внедрение одноканального финансирования несвоевременно. Благодаря двухканальной системе финансирования медицинские организации могут осуществлять свои функции по предоставлению помощи населению в РФ.Discusses the reorganization of the system of financing of public health of Russian Federation. In comparison with foreign and previous experience, the introduction of a single financing in a timely manner. Thanks to the dual system of financing medical organizations may exercise their functions of providing assistance to the population in the Russian Federation.
