Abstract

В статье рассматривается применение нового экологического критерия «углеродный след» для информирования потребителей и обеспечения прослеживаемости в продуктовой цепочке. Показано, что расширение применения углеродной маркировки в зарубежной практике, особенно в Европейском Союзе, является ответом на международные инициативы по ограничению выбросов парниковых газов.The paper discusses the use of new environmental criteria "carbon footprint" to inform consumers and to ensure traceability within the supply chain. It is shown that the expansion of carbon labeling in international practice, especially in the European Union, is a response to international initiatives to limit greenhouse gas emissions.
