The doctrine of "controlled chaos" in the global geopolitics

Abstract

В статье отмечается, что в современных условиях интерес к математической теории хаоса начинает проявляться не только при исследовании исторических, но и современных глобальных геополитических процессов, так как становится доступным их математическое моделирование. В статье анализируются работы западных авторов теорий «управляемого хаоса» в геополитике. Раскрываются основные положения геополитической стратегии «управляемого хаоса». Делается вывод о том, что в геополитическом переделе мира доктрина «управляемого хаоса» оказалась на практике удобным и действенным средством достижения поставленных целей с приемлемыми финансовыми затратами.
