Abstract

Одним из ключевых факторов роста российской экономики на сегодняшний день являются темпы и масштабы внедрения новых технологий, вовлечения регионов в процесс научного и технического развития. Необходимо перейти от инерционального и экспортно-сырьевого пути развития экономики к инновационному.One of the key factors of economic growth in Russia today are the pace and scale of new technologies, the involvement of regions in the process of scientific and technological development. We must move from inertial and export of the commodity economy to a path of innovation.
