Актуальные Задачи В Системе Стратегического Управления Агропредприятиями Молочной Специализации Апк

Abstract

В статье анализируются возможности повышения экономической эффективности предприятий молочной промышленности, описываются проблемы их развития и предлагаются способы их разрешения. Сделан вывод о возможности построения эффективного механизма интеграционного объединения молокоперерабатывающих предприятий и молокопроизводителей с вовлечением в эту структуру кредитных и страховых кооперативов. Отмечена роль сельскохозяйственных кооперативов, выделены задачи, которые призвана решать сельская кооперация. Показаны причины несостоятельности многих и, в первую очередь, мелких хозяйств, которые прекращают свою деятельность. Автор обозначает актуальные задачи в системе стратегического управления предприятиями молочной специализации АПК.
