К Вопросу О Медико-Экономическом Обосновании Выбора Клинико-Эффективного Метода Оперативного Лечения Гастро-Эзофагеальной Болезни И Грыжи Пищеводного Отверстия Диафрагмы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются медико-экономические аспекты выбора методики оперативного вмешательства при рефлюкс – эзофагеальной болезни и грыже пищеводного отверстия диафрагмы. Данные вопросы являются актуальными в настоящее время в условиях ограниченного финансирования российского здравоохранения из бюджетов всех уровней и возможной недостаточности средств обязательного медицинского страхования в регионах для решения отдельных медицинских задач. Эта проблема ставит медиков в условия поиска возможности максимально рационального подхода к лечению пациентов, имеющих этот вид заболеваний, а также поиска путей разрешения экономических проблем. В статье представлены результаты экономических расчетов при трех вариантах оперативного вмешательства.
