Abstract

В данной статье исследован ряд проблем управления устойчивости развития города, который остается и до сих пор не решен. Недостаточная определенность категорийного аппарата приводит к необходимости дальнейшей разработки теоретических и методологических принципов управления развитием города. Необходимым также является уточнение понятия функций и структуры управления городом, сущность факторов, которые мотивируют выбор модели управления, конкретных методов ее реализации, способных обеспечить результативность в решении проблем развития города. Все эти обстоятельства и обусловили выбор темы исследования. Но на данный момент нет комплексных исследований управления стойкости развития в больших городах, которые бы учитывали традиции и особенности территориального развития и мировой опыт, а также то, что современный большой город, как сложное образование, оказывает существенное влияние на состояние и развитие общества и управленческих процессов, которые происходят в нем.
