    Цель данной статьи ответить на вопрос: Как цивилизационная идентификация, ментальные архетипы влияют на организационное поведение казахстанцев? Цивилизационно, Казахстан, основанный на межэтнической конфессиональной и этнолингвистической общности, всегда принадлежал к тюрско-мусульманскому миру, культурно – русско-советской общности. Находясь в межцивилизационном пространстве между Россией, исламом, Китаем и западным миром, в Казахстане сформировалась маргинальная модель организационного поведения, для которой характерно смешение ментальных архитипов восточной и западной культуры.
