Развитие Малого Инновационного Предпринимательства В Российских Регионах (На Примере Ростовской Области)

Abstract

В статье проводится исследование развития малых предприятий в инновационной сфере. На основе статистических данных выявлена динамика уровня инновационной активности малых предприятий Ростовской области. Для обоснования посыла, что в экономике знаний и передовых технологий малые предприятия превращаются в один из ключевых факторов инновационных преобразований, приведена сравнительная характеристика малых инновационных предприятий в индустриальных странах и Российской Федерации. В результате исследования определены стадии инновационного процесса, выделены факторы, способствующие и препятствующие инновационному развитию малых предприятий на региональном уровне.
