Abstract

В статье описаны бизнес процессы управления закупками и положительные стороны автоматизации и реинжиниринга. Автоматизированные информационные системы и решения для управления взаимоотношениями с поставщиками представляют стратегическую ценность, выраженную в виде существенной экономии затрат, корректного исполнения контрактов и ускоренной окупаемости. Компания получает инструменты для достижения высоких результатов за счет внедрения комплексных бизнес-процессов. Основным способом оценки могут послужить ключевые показатели эффективности. Внедрение информационных систем позволяет значительно увеличить эффективность, снизить издержки.
