Abstract

Перспективы развития любого государства, так или иначе, связаны с положением молодежи как обособленной социально-демографической группы в обществе. Поэтому разработка теоретических и организационно-экономических основ, нормативно-правовой базы молодежной политики относятся к актуальным проблемам государства и общества. Важно обеспечить переход сложившейся системы управления от процессных к проектным методам работы. В статье на основе проведенного анализа системы управления реализацией государственной молодежной политики на территории Ростовской области, нами предложен новый подход к реализации уже действующей управленческой модели реализации государственной молодежной политики.
