Abstract

В статье проанализировано состояние валютного регулирования и валютного контроля в России при проведении внешнеторговых операций и перемещении валютных ценностей физическими лицами. Автор выделяет проблемные вопросы, существующие при валютном контроле в торговом и неторговом обороте. Отдельным направлением автор рассматривает сложившуюся экономическую ситуацию на Крымском полуострове и возникающие проблемы при осуществлении валютного контроля и валютного регулирования в Крыму.
